Ordering & Payment

Payment methods: We accept card payments  - Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron.  We also accept PayPal. We will not deliver any order before it has been paid in full. Payments are made for the cost of the product and delivery. For Reseller’s terms of payments please contact us.

Our prices include VAT which is currently 20% in the UK.


Orders will be dispatched once your payment has cleared.
On working days we aim to dispatch all orders accepted by 12 noon on the same day providing the item is in stock. However this is not guaranteed.
Else (and for orders received after 12 noon) we will dispatch the order in the next working day. We do not work on Saturdays and Sundays and on all UK national Bank holidays. 
On the rare event that the item is not in stock we will notify you by email or phone of the delay and will give you the opportunity to change or cancel your order.  


At Kari Me we use the Royal Mail First Class signed-for, and Special Delivery™ Next Day services and UKMail couriers. For the full description of these service please follow the link. For International deliveries we use the Royal mail international track and sign service. 
Delivery prices will be updated from time to time and may vary from the Royal Mail prices.
Kari Me might change the shipping company without prior notice to the customer.
Please note that all services require signature of the recipient. In your absence the postman or courier will leave you a card and you will need to arrange a redelivery or collect it yourself from the delivery office.  Please note that the Royal Mail will normally keep a signed-for parcel for 1 week only before returning it to sender. We will resend undelivered parcels after confirming with the customers, but may charge the extra delivery if we are not at fault.
Delivery Lead Times:
Royal Mail first class signed-for normal delivery time is 1-3 working days in the UK but can take longer. It is considered as lost by the royal mail only after 15 working days.
Special delivery – next working day (Monday to Friday - NOT SATURDAY ) delivery by 1pm.  An order must be placed by 12 noon to guarantee a next day delivery.   In some cases where we are not able to despatch the same day, then we will refund the difference in delivery costs to you. We will notify you about this as soon as possible.
We urge Special Delivery customers to contact us after 15.00 p.m. (on the day it was supposed to arrive) if their parcel was not received, so we will be able to help them get their package.
We urge First Class customers to contact us 5 working days from order date, if their parcel was not received, so we will be able to help them get their package. 

When more than one carrier is ordered, delivery cost will change, and you will get the final price while checking out or you can contact us for details..   


Robin's Textiles Ltd T/A Kari Me warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship. We will either repair or replace free of charge during the first 3 (three) months, any carrier that does not meet our high standards. We require that the carrier be sent to us directly so we can confirm the defect and make a decision on whether to repair or replace the item. Unless the goods are faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Please contact us first with any suspected fault or damage and we will advise you on how to return it to us. 

When sending a Kari Me back to us you should use delivery method that include a proof of delivery, such as the Royal Mail signed for. The customer will be responsible for the Kari Me whereabouts from the moment they signed for it when received until the moment we have signed for it. 
The recovery of the cost of a Kari Me which was lost in delivery, while being sent to us, is the responsibility of the customer.
Kari Me should be used only by following the product instruction booklet  provided with the product. We cannot guaranty the safety of the Kari Me if used in any other way than instructed in the booklet.
We do not recommend using any other carrying position other than the ones in the Kari Me instruction booklet.

Cancelling your order

If after ordering you’d like to cancel your order for some reason please contact us as soon as you can by email to info@kari-me.com or by phone 0115 933 55 66. If the order hasn’t been dispatch yet we will cancel it and refund the full cost (including delivery). 
If the order has been dispatched you will have to  accept it from the post  and send it back to us. In this case, providing the item is returned in new condition, we will give you a full refund for the product’s cost but not for any cost of delivery paid.

Return Policy
Customer Satisfaction is our priority. We feel confident that Kari Me baby carrier is of the highest quality and comfort. However some learning is required when using a wraparound sling for the first time. If you are dissatisfied with the product or find it difficult to use please contact us as we may be able to assist you.
However, if you are still not completely satisfied with your baby carrier, you can return the item to us for a refund (excluding delivery cost) within 30 days. If you have tried it please return it within 30 days in a like-new, unwashed and saleable condition  i.e.No stains, marks, smells or loose attachemnts such as hairs etc.  for a full refund excluding delivery costs. You must contact us first before returning the carrier. Please ensure it is folded up neatly and returned with the instruction booklet and bag.  If you have received your baby carrier with a free delivery  promotion, then we will deduct  £4.45 delivery cost from the refund. If you have received any free merchandise with your order, then this must also be returned in a like-new condition otherwise we will not refund the retail cost of that merchandise.
If you have tried your Kari Me, and more than 30 days have passed from purchase, please contact us. We reserve the right to decide on the condition of the returned product for a refund. 
Customers who purchased the Kari Me through one of our resellers: please contact the reseller first. If your problem has remained unsolved or if you are unsatisfied with the customer service you have received please do not hesitate to contact us. 

We will accept and exchange Kari Me for a different colour only if the product is returned to us new and has not been used. 
How to return or exchange an item (after contacting us) please send it to: Kari Me, 9 Cliff Drive, Radcliffe on Trent, Nottingham, NG12 1AX. Please include its fabric bag and instruction booklet and a note containing details of your full contacts, order number or date of order and reason for return. For exchange please write what is your colour of choice. We recommend to use the Royal Mail services and choose a signed-for delivery for your records. We will refund the cost of delivery  only if the carrier has a manufacturing defect. We do not charge for sending a replacement carrier unless we have told you so in advance.  

Security & Privacy information
Robin's Textiles Ltd T/A Kari Me is committed to protecting your privacy. Customer’s personal data is kept safe and will NEVER be shared outside the company with any third parties for any purpose. We do not use your personal data for any marketing purposes and will only contact you in relation to your order. 
We are dedicated to making sure that our online ordering system is as secure as possible and that your private information is kept secure.
We do not keep any credit/debit cards details. Card payments are processed for us by Sage Pay which is committed to maximum security of transaction processing and data collection. Sage Pay is PCI DSS level one compliant and is an active member of the PCI SSC (Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council). 
Card details given to us by phone, are processed using Sage Pay online terminal and if there is any paper form it is then being destroyed. 
Please do not share your credit card information by email to us.
